Public dialogue
The generation project for the Zurich City University District (HGZZ) is a joint initiative by the canton and city of Zurich, the University of Zurich (UZH), University Hospital Zurich (USZ) and ETH Zurich. Over the next 30 years, the centre of Zurich will see new construction projects that will secure the continued world-class development of the three institutions.
As part of the overall planning and further development of the external pageZurich City University District (HGZZ)call_made, the project partners (the canton and city of Zurich, University Hospital Zurich, the University of Zurich, and ETH Zurich) regularly hold joint and institution-specific information and dialogue events.

The project partners have set up a public exhibition space in the "Alte Druckerei" of the University of Zurich at R?mistrasse 78. Here, interested parties can find out about the development of the Zurich City University District. The exhibition has been completely revised and redesigned in recent months.
What can you expect?
- Among other things, the vision for the university area and the previous planning steps are presented.
- An interactive map invites visitors to explore the district and the planning principles.
- In addition, current construction projects are highlighted and described in more depth.
- A part of the exhibition is dedicated to research cooperation projects between the University Hospital, the University and ETH Zurich in the field of medicine.

Dialogue
On 30 January 2020 ETH Zurich, together with the Fluntern, Oberstrass and Unterstrass neighbourhood associations, hosted a dialogue event entitled "Structural development of ETH Zurich in the centre".
